Hope you are all enjoying the Labor Day weekend. It's nice having an extra day to catch up on things.
Homework packet for this week will consist of a subtraction math page and reading page only. There will be no spelling due to the short week and Back to School Night this Thursday. Nightly math will be the same. Please be sure your child is completing his/her reading log each night with a simple summary. Some of the reading logs are coming back with no summary,genre, parent signature, or missing a complete day. If something comes up and the log can not be filled out for a night, please let me know.
Thank you to those who have donated items to the classroom. Pencils and sanitizing wipes are always needed.
Have a wonderful weekend and I'll see you Thursday evening. A volunteer sheet as well as a conference schedule will be out for you to sign up. I welcome phone interviews and will have a day aside for those who have busy schedules.
